Positive: The room was comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. Roberta and her daughter were friendly and helpful. They gave us some good tips on places to visit and eat and helped with dinner reservations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood at the center of a small town very near Foligno and not far from Spoleto and Assisi. Our room had a couch and a terrace, so it was nice to have someplace to sit and read besides the bed.

Negative: We liked everything. Because there is no kitchen facilities or breakfast provided, it would be nice to have an electric kettle in the room and maybe some wine glasses and a corkscrew.

Summary: Beautiful room, exceptionally clean, with a helpful host in a quiet neighborhood
