Positive: The owner, Antonio, was very friendly and helpful. He also prepared a delicious dinner and breakfast for guests. The view from Il Convivio was lovely.

Negative: The BnB is 1 mile from Rofrano on a steep hill. As a walker, it was more challenging to get to. The room was small, though adequate.

Positive: About 3/4 mile walk to the town, the location was quiet and beautiful. Definitely worth eating there, too: Antonio made us a non-stop course of one plate after another, and worked really hard to make our stay easy and pleasant. The room was small--as was every room we stayed at in Italy--and worked great for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Negative: Ok, so it's a walk to town, but come on folks, it's Italy, and that's what you do in a rural setting--you walk and see the place. So I wouldn't count this as a strike against them.

Positive: The hospitality from Antonio makes you feel at home all the time. The dinner was fantastic — it was so nice to taste fresh products from Rofrano, and the portions were really abundant! The facilities are great. I want to come back for the San Nilo Trial.

Positive: Antonio. The owner and professional chef was an amazing host. We had hiked 10 miles to get there on the Way of San Nilo. He brought us beers and snacks. Then in the evening he cooked us an amazing meal. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. It was a quiet setting; the bed comfortable — so a good night’s sleep.

Negative: Leaving was hard.
