Positive: George and Mrs. Eleni are wonderful hosts. We had a fantastic two-day stay in Nea Artaki, a place we will definitely visit again. The house is brand new, very clean and comfortable. The mattress was excellent and provided truly restful sleep, while the bathroom was particularly beautiful and well designed. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. The location is ideal: the beach is just one street away, and right below there are tavernas, ouzeries, and cafés. It is also very conveniently located for day trips, such as to Chalkida or steni mountain Evia, which we had the chance to explore. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Thank you very much also for allowing us a late check-out, which was very important for us.

Positive: We loved our stay at Aethria home! First of all the hosts were very attentive before we arrived and informed us thoroughly regarding all the details. They were genuinely interested in making us feel as comfortable as possible and attended our needs even in the middle of the night! The bed was super comfortable and the duvet really big and fluffy! The flat has been recently renovated and has a really nice vibe and beautiful minimalistic design. Bonus point - easy access from the main road and plenty of parking spaces for our car!

Positive: We had a wonderful time and a truly fantastic stay. We stayed for two nights, two people. The apartment is located in a very central area, which made everything very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful — whatever we needed, they were always there for us. The apartment felt very warm and welcoming and was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need: perfectly clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste — really everything. We also cooked during our stay, and the kitchen had everything necessary. The supermarket is right across the street, which is a huge plus. I will definitely recommend this place and I will absolutely stay here again.

Positive: First of all, George is a great host and a very nice guy. Very easy communication. The Apartment was clean, had everything one could need and street parking was easy. Washing machine and hand bidet a huge plus. Would stay again.

Positive: The apartment is in a calm street, just 150 m from the sea promenade. Very comfortable room with a terrace, parking facility at the entrance door. Great owner (Giorgos), service provided on a high level. Warm welcome, carrying a lot, giving interesting tips. I was very satisfied with some extra small food. Thanks for 2 nights in your house. I am looking forward to coming again!
