Summary: Stunning location! The staff are a highlight especially the ladies preparing the food for dinner. Excellent food. The rooms were worn heavily, with little things that could be easily fixed.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. There are lots of fun things to do in the area - wine tasting, village breaks, trips to the lake - though you will need a car. The hotel manager Paul and all the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming, and made our time there relaxed and easy. We'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Summary: Manager Paul and entire staff were absolutely wonderful and conscientious to detail. They were also very friendly- I felt like family while I was there. The food was excellent and just beautifully presented.Loved it!!! Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Beautiful setting, great atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff, quality music events several nights during our four days stay, made it an experience out of the ordinary. It felt like living in a small community and not a hotel.

Summary: Amazing place with lovely helpful staff .The pool was clean relaxing and always had sun beds available with big umbrellas to keep shaded. The whole hotel experience was very relaxing and being part of the village made it Evan more special with the bells and Italian voices . We also loved the pizza evening when they turned the local square into a outside pizza evening and all the local people joined in. We enjoyed the cigar room which also had amazing range of drinks to accompany each cigar. All in all a great place . We will return!
