Positive: Staff were amazing! Super clean. Great coffee. The views are incredible.

Negative: Lacked atmosphere after dinner. Could do with some live music or a DJ. Rooftop bar was closed.

Positive: The hotel is brand new, the views from the room were so so beautiful. The team was super nice with us and breakfast was great. We came for our honeymoon and it was just magical. We loved the staff and it was so easy to keep our car parked and inform them what time we needed it ready. Every morning they would give us fresh towels to use outside the hotel with water bottles, and took cute Polaroid photos of us. You need a car for Mallorca so to us the location was perfect to move around. The spa facilities were also great. We didn’t prebook a massage but we were able to use the showers, pools, steam, sauna and heated chairs - so relaxing!

Positive: The hotel is lovely, has nice facilities and beautifully done. It sits on a bluff above a lovely cove with gorgeous views. The food is delicious.

Negative: The hotel was is new and the service reflected that. to be fair we expected teething pains, and got them. While the staff were very friendly, the service was tardy and sometimes orders were forgotten. There was also a lot of work being completed in the hallways of the hotel which sometimes felt intrusive. I suspect it will be much better next season and well worth another visit.

Summary: Nice try, but not a five star yet.

Positive: Rooms and the pool area were great! It’s a brand new hotel which I loved. The rooms were well equipped with everything and the pool chairs/umbrella are beautiful.

Negative: Lack of attention to small details. Service was not very efficient as I needed to request for things more than once. One night I called the front desk twice asking for an extra duvet and was assured it was on the way yet was never delivered. I had to complain the next morning for it to be finally delivered. They clearly need to hire more employees since I saw the same employees working in different locations. They also did take forever to clean our rooms during the day, however, the hotel was very clean in every way!
