Positive: staff at check in very pleasant. The location made it an easy walk to check into KLM the next day. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: very strong cleaning scent in the room. We had to run a fan for one hour before sleeping. No soap in the two dispensers. no hooks to hang the towels before and after use.

Positive: Location was fantastic. Service was wonderful. Access system made it very secure.

Negative: I had two issues with the room. I was not able to cool the room at all. The controls simply did not work. The other problem was the over-powering smell of the the room scent. Way too powerful for a room without ventilation.
