Positive: I loved how cozy the hotel itself was! It was very quiet, the interior was beautiful, and it was budget friendly for travelers looking for simply a place to sleep. They also have an airport shuttle for those looking to travel to MXP airport, which was SUPER convenient! The room itself includes a desk, coat racks, TV, and a small fridge

Negative: The sink in our room took a minute to drain, but that could have been just our room and not any of the other rooms.

Summary: Cozy, comfortable, convenient, and very friendly service.

Positive: The staff was kind and nice. Facilities were clean. Breakfast with some variety. shuttle was fast to pick up. Easy comunication. Room was fine for the requested price. It was a good experience.

Positive: We booked the quadruple room. Whilst the hotel itself has a very traditional Italian decoration and ancient looking furniture, the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Ample towels were provided together with soaps, shampoos etc. The room had a good temperature, we didn’t feel the room was too warm nor too cold. Free shuttle to/from airport in a comfortable van.

Negative: The location is about 15-20 mins from MXP and if you arrive after 9.30pm there is no restaurants nearby for food.

Summary: Excellent for a one night stay for long layover in Milan.

Positive: we book this hotel cause it says it has free airport shuttle and it was very useful thing. but notice that it doesn't operate from 12 AM to 5 AM. the breakfast good, with lots of bakery things and diary things and fruits but no vegetables at all. the man who works at night was very nice and helpful

Negative: air condition. in one of our room it was ok, but at the other it was very old and didn't work. the worker says it need to work more time (it was after 2 hours it worked) we said we can't sleep there and he find other room with working air condition.
