Positive: Nice small hotel in the very centre of the town , very comfy bed, nice room size, very helpful and polite staff especially the night lady ( Mitsa ) who was very helpful and attentantive, would definetely stay there again if required

Negative: Hotel is an old house that has been converted therefore not facilities also not so friendly with people having mobility difficulties, also some things need re innovation as the door locks for example,

Positive: - good location - Mitsa is a funny and cute host - renovated rooms

Negative: - smell of cigarettes at the checkin - very loud neighbours so you have to close the window

Positive: The rooms were spacious and clean. Great location walking distance to the town.

Negative: I booked 2 rooms in the same booking and the rooms were in separate properties which meant my daughter was by herself in a room in a completely different building. It would have been nice to have known about this before we got there.

Summary: Great property. I would stay here again.

Positive: The staff were really helpful in trying to help me find a rental car and showed me up to my room when I arrived.

Negative: I should be wary when paying extra for a room with a "view" that's not shown in any of the pictures. (see attached photo.) The bathroom had chipped tiles and was a little run down. The worst part was when I got back to my room for the evening the whole hallway was filled with cigarette smoke and as a non-smoker all I could smell all night was stale smoke seeping in through the door. I ended up opening the window with the heat on just to get some sleep. I feel like it was overpriced for what I got.

Positive: The room was very nice and the personnel was excellent in all ways! ( especially Mrs Mitsa!) . The hotel is bery clean and kids friendly .It near the city center. But the most important of all is thatb the positive vibes from all the personnel made our stay excellent!

Positive: The hotel room was in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the center of Livadia, making it very convenient for exploring. The receptionist was extremely helpful, ensuring a smooth stay, and the hot water and on-demand heating added to the comfort.

Negative: Our room was located next to the reception, which made it noisy during rush hours, and the non-soundproof walls didn’t help. If you value quiet mornings and want to sleep in, it’s best to request a room further from the reception area.

Summary: Convenient stay, helpful staff. The noise from the reception and lack of soundproofing was an issue.

Positive: The staff is amazing! We left valuable items in the safe and they went out of their way to contact us to make sure it got back to us. The place was really clean and my family enjoyed it a lot. Very reasonable price too for the value of the place.
