Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. Summary: Beautiful, peaceful and so comfortable. Walking distance to the historic part of Conway. We’ve stayed in Scott and Laura’s homes on multiple occasions and I highly recommend both properties. They are wonderful hosts who do everything to ensure you have a great stay including the tastiest welcome muffins!

Summary: We stayed 4 nights in the beautifully decorated cottage while visiting our son who attends UCA. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was wonderful to spend our mornings and evenings relaxing and the property was private with no close neighbors. We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay for 5 nights in March.
