Summary: It was a great stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable and full breakfast much appreciated. The only glitch was that booking it through Expedia we were not able to receive the lock codes in advance, but this was easily rectified by calling them on arrival.

Summary: Very busy property. People coming and going. I was in the room in the foyer and the noise was impressive. People coming down to the kitchen as late as 11pm and as early as 530am. very hard to sleep. Great breakfast.

Summary: Too many guests in too many rooms in a house of that size. Parking lot is packed with cars all close to each other. Rooms are extremely small and caustrophobic. Room did not have any window. Space is so less that all the doors are sliding. No chair inside the room to sit. Small TV hung way high on the wall. Breakfast is almost just a formality. Just on bagel sandwich with a bowl of fruits. Price is relatively lower than other properties in the area; however, stay won't be comfortable.

Summary: To stay here you need to be a very early riser and bring little or no luggage. You will likely be woken up by 6:30 a.m. by other guests and the rooms are so small there is little space to put anything. How they ever crammed 7 guest rooms with baths into the building, I have no idea. There is no sound proofing in the walls or floors so you hear everything. We were woken up every morning by the guests staying in the loft room above us. Breakfast, which is only served between 8 and 9, is mediocre, at best. Two of the rooms on the 2nd floor have doors opening onto a wide deck with a view of the ocean, which would be wonderful if there was a comfortable chair to sit on out there! We definitely would never stay here again.

Summary: We stayed in the Orca room which has a balcony that has water view. The room is beautifully updated with immaculate ensuite bathroom. Breakfasts are good and served in the common dining room which provides great opportunities to connect with other travellers. Admirals Inn is conveniently situated in a quiet street with easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Summary: A unique little Airbnb, make sure you ask about the “special” cabins to rent. One is in a little lighthouse and the others are little boat cabins. So cute. Breakfast daily has a theme and you tell the cook what you want on the morning. Close to everything but on the other side of the bridge as you enter Twillingate.

Summary: No staff on site; must use codes to enter building/room. Common area offered information pamphlets and a small coffee bar. Our room was over the door and noisy. Also very small rooms with no fridge/micro/coffee.
