Summary: We thought this was the cutest little place! The breakfast was delicious and I liked that it was different each day!

Summary: This is not a traditional B&B experience since the owners, neither an inkeeper, live at the house, so interaction with staff will be marginal other than being served breakfast. We had 2 different couples serve breakfast the 2 mornings we stayed and neither made any attempt to get to know us or have the usual chitchat that you typically experience with B&B owners or staff. Since breakfast (satisfactory, but not great) was served in a very short 1 hr window, all guests were eating at the same time which meant easy opportunity to chat with other guests. Everything about the house looked not more than a year or two old, which meant very nice furnishings and comfortable bed. Also the room and bathroom was spotless clean. Our room was tiny, as were 2 other rooms I noticed with their doors open. No room for anything but the bed and one small chair. TV was small and positioned on the side of bed, so we watched TV in the shared living room, but keep in mind 2 bedrooms are located off the living room. Oh yes, also experienced the common issue of thin walls as we could hear a neighbor snoring and folks talking in the downstairs bedrooms while watching TV. So yeah, it was an okay experience, but I'd try another place if I ever visited Twillingate again.

Summary: Lovely, comfortable accommodations. Our room had a balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was satisfying. Location was convenient to the main street of town. Not sure how I feel about self check-in. I feel disconnected from the proprietors. But it seems to be the norm in Nfld.

Summary: The B&B was charming and had everything we needed it really felt like the owners thought of every little detail to make guests comfortable. We used the facilities, and everything was perfect. We also had the chance to meet the owner, who was a wonderful person.

Summary: Lovely property close to main amenities. Breakfast was great especially the apple jam. Plenty of tea and coffee and information leaflets. Room was adaquate for our stay lovely linen and bedding great touches to the decor

Summary: One of my favourite thing of The Admiral B&B is the communal dining table easily seating 12. It is building community during breakfast where guests get to know each other. And the property is expanding in the yard with a light house and 4 boats converted into tiny homes. The project vision is to create a blue walkways resembling the ocean with the 4 boats around the light house. That project will be complete in a couple of weeks but one notice the vision of the host even before the project is concluded. Our Mink Whale room was larger than expected with a very sizable modern bathroom. The shower even had a seat for people's with disabilities. The property is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor. Staff in the mornings had been a delight. Happy working the kitchen making breakfast for the guest. Next to the common breakfast area there is also a very comfortable common seating area able to accommodate most guests to gather and exchange their travel experiences. Each room has their own TV with Roku, Crave, Netflix etc. We will return to the Admiral next time in Twillinggate and than try one of the boats for yet an other experience. I am Thankful for the gracious Hosts.

Summary: The property was beautiful and the owner was very responsive to messages, replying within minutes! It's well located for walking too restaurants, shopping, and activities like tours, etc. Very close to the waterside which made for lovely evening walks. Only a few minutes drive to multiple hiking trails. We will visit again.

Summary: Great place to stay at a reasonable price. They spoiled us and did everything to make our stay amazing. They have some future developments with new rooms that will be very neat to check out. Would definitely stay here again!!
