Positive: Close to restaurants and shops, indoor pool;nice and warm! Room was close to the pool

Negative: Older mattress,water stains on ceiling and wall.We were in the 2 story part of the motel. Very noisy people up above us. The acoustics were not the greatest.

Positive: The location was great. Hotel was in good condition. The pool area was nice.

Negative: The beds were not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. What was most annoying was trying to contact the property beforehand and then trying to get help from the manager once on site. She was very unapologetic and told me that they don’t monitor their email so booking.com was unable to communicate with them on our behalf. She did not offer me any solutions to my issues only policies.

Summary: The hotel was nice but the manager needs training on customer service.

Negative: Not a lot of parking and very icy.

Summary: Have stayed here many times and will continue to. Staff is always nice and accommodating.
