Positive: THE PROPERTY WAS IMMACULATE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO FEEL IT WAS HOME FROM HOME. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM AND BATHROOM WERE IDEAL FOR MY ELDERLY PARENTS. ALSO NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM FOR THE OWNER WHO WAS AVAILABLE BY TELEPHONE AND WAS KIND ENOUGH TO POST A JACKET THAT I LEFT BEHIND.

Positive: A lovely house, warm, exceptionally clean, with everything. Soft beds, big walk in shower/bathroom downstairs as well as upstair bathroom, giant table in the living room with 8 chairs, incredible well fitted out kitchen, laundry room, downstairs toilet, fridge, freezer. Basic food stock in the cupboards; sugar, salt, oil, flour, pasta, etc. Co-op Supermarket and take-aways 3 minutes walk round the corner. Perfect as a base for our annual family get-together at Ingestre Hall. Communication with the host was very good.

Negative: A hand rail all the way down the stairs would be a good idea.

Positive: lovely house, very modern and cosy

Negative: lights on landing didn't seem to work, plus was a bit of a pain trying to get the tv and virgin on, maybe some instructions would have been helpful, I.e source button select hdmi 3 that sort of thing
