Positive: The flat is stunning and very stylish. We are two ladies travelling and the space was absolutely perfect we had a fantastic time.
Negative: There are quite many stairs in the building and the flat itself, so if anyone who needs a bit of help of in knee pain then it could be a bit of pain.
Summary: Fantastic home during our stay in Palermo, 10/10

Positive: We had a great stay here. The property is plenty spacious for two people with an additional bedroom. There is also a terrace and balcony. The property was super clean and bed was comfortable. There was some water left and some light breakfast bits which was a nice touch. The property is close to the train station.
Negative: The area is close to the train station which is convenient but perhaps not in the nicest area - there is rubbish around. However, it is in walking distance of all the major sites. The property is on the second floor with no lift - not a problem for us but worth noting with luggage etc.

Positive: Located close to the train station yet quiet. Great terrace. Extra touches to welcome guests are very sweet. The layout is large.
Negative: There is no way to keep the AC or washer on automatically as without the key-card all electricity is cut off, however that ensures energy conservation.
Summary: Comfortable stay.

The 2 terraces were great and we enjoyed our breakfast and evenings out on them. It is in an ideal location, close to the station but also close by to the main parts of historic Palermo. It was quiet and the building was safe and secure. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Riccardo, the host was friendly and welcoming.

Positive: Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Apartment We had a perfect stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — very central, just a short walk from the train station and the historic old town of Palermo, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an authentic touch, which made us feel right at home. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also appreciated the washing machine, the iron, and many other thoughtful amenities that made everything very comfortable. A special thanks to Ricardo, who gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment — he was very friendly and helpful. We especially loved having two terraces to relax on and the luxury of two bedrooms, which gave us plenty of space even as a couple. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
