Positive: A very nice place in an absolutely great quiet neighborhood. Who is a better living area of Puerto Escondido. If I would move there, then into this area. The Hosts were very welcoming, the apartment was well customized. and our balcony had a great ocean view. Down the streets are top restaurants and a true Neapolitan Italian Restaurant with real good pizzas, salad and food. The house is located in-between of the two best Beaches for swimming. But you should have a car.

Negative: The bed mattress was too hard, I recommend a Topper to the host for future reference, for people with back issues . Then I would stay again here 😉

Positive: Great stay and very comfortable apartment which was lovely and quiet. Responsive host, right next to all the great cafes and beaches. Photos don't do this place justice, it's better in real life and very well equipped with everything! We were even able to borrow an umbrella for the beach and we're given beach towels which was very handy. The fans were lovely and cooling in the room in the night too. Try Dulce Tierre cafe too it's great. :)

Positive: It is a spacious apartment with full kitchen. I also liked the balcony. It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.

Positive: Exactly as advertised. 1. Great facilities (ran and lamp were excellent editions). WiFi was reliable 2. Access to the apartment was easy 3. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful 4. Place was immaculate (so clean and surprised how nice it looked in person) 5. Location was great. A block away from the beautiful strip that is Riconda 6. An excellent private space to the rear with pool 7. The space itself was much bigger than other options. 8. Smoking areas were made available, which is not always the case.

Negative: Hard to fault the place. Nothing comes to mind.

Summary: Great property. Well worth the stay.

Positive: Great location, spacious, absolutely fantastic owners. Very close to great restaurants (would strongly recommend checking out El Cafecito), walking distance to a beach where you can both surf and swim. Great place, calm and nice. Swimming pool on the back, washing machine available as well as drying rack.

Negative: I would say paint job and general maintenance would be awesome. Walls paint is a bit tired, some thing fell off like toilet paper holder or towel rack. Shower head could be replaced. All those things are minor and didn’t affect our stay.
