Positive: We enjoyed the quiet and peace and the cleanliness of the property , staff was helpful , food was great. They also surprised us with a nice cake for our anniversary and some chocolates very thoughtful.

Positive: I would like to praise you in all aspects of the hotel – from cleanliness and comfort, to the breakfast and spa center. We truly felt like we were at home. The food was excellent, and that is exactly why we will definitely come back.

Negative: I did not like the lack of coordination among the staff. We had two or three minor situations that some employees made more serious than they really were. Fortunately, someone in a supervisory position always stepped in and resolved the issues. For example, the reception staff initially refused to exchange euros so we could pay for a taxi. In the end, a supervisor came and solved the problem. We also had an issue at checkout, when they tried to charge us for parking in a rather rude manner, even though parking was included in the room price. This was also resolved by a supervisor. That day, we tipped all the employees who were working – at least €20 each – including the restaurant staff, the staff who carried our luggage, and even the parking attendant who later asked for money. I hope this feedback will help improve the service, because the hotel is truly beautiful and I will gladly recommend it to others.
