Positive: As with my every stay here, this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed - staff, comfort, breakfast... Whatever I say, will not be enough. Very few hotels will get a 10 out of 10 from me and certainly none at this price.

Positive: Exceptional hotel. Very clean and the service was second to none. We had an issue with the room and the solved it very quickly.

Negative: The breakfast is a bit below the address standards. I am sure they can do better. Istanbul has a much higher standards when it comes to breakfast.

Positive: We enjoyed the quiet and peace and the cleanliness of the property , staff was helpful , food was great. They also surprised us with a nice cake for our anniversary and some chocolates very thoughtful.
