Positive: OK staff here are very nice and try to be helpful. But having been told that they do not know the timetable of the bus that stops outside and directed outside to look at a non existent timetable, they are not properly trained.

Negative: This was probably a nice hotel once but lack of maintenance and repair are obvious from room wooden patio doors that do not shut properly and do not lock. Coffee table on the patio showing signs of rust and broken TV systems and hairdryers. Pool area is scruffy with long grass and you wander how clean the pool must be? A shame that whoever owns this place doesn't understand that maintenance is cheaper than replacement.

Summary: Poorly maintained and not deserving of 4 stars.

Positive: Parking. Breakfast selection and as a dog owner the ability to eat outdoors. Outside balcony from bedroom. Clean. Spacious shower. Aircon was adequate.

Negative: The location was on the edge of a newly built urb and next to a busy ish road. The room was furnished to a basic level, it could have been made more cosy and comfortable. There was no brew making facilities in the room.

Positive: The location is perfectly on our route. Our dogs are made so very welcome. Dog beds and bowls in the room for them. A good spacious, comfortable room. The reception team are wonderful. And what an incredible building.

Positive: In a very nice area away from the traffic, nice room, comfortable bed, and dog friendly as I was traveling with my dog. Nice grounds and free safe parking
