Positive: Incredible, immaculate, stunning, relaxing, hospitable and down right gorgeous place to stay with the most delightful, kind, caring and happy team looking after you. We stayed here for 10 days over Christmas as a holiday from over a year back pack travelling - it was our gift to ourselves. And what a treat it was. Beds are very comfortable, shower (and toilets) with an incredible view, peaceful, tranquil and so relaxing. High quality bedding and lovely soft towels. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourselves, alternatively the food cooked by the chefs is divine, full of flavour and super local (highly recommend at least one meal cooked for you). Daily housekeeping / tidy was quick efficient and welcomed. Everything about this place is amazing. Walks along the beach and watching the stars with not a soul in sight was a dream come true. Everything we asked for was arranged with grace and kindness from our host - communication was outstanding.

Negative: We loved everything about our stay. Simply to note - the shops in the very quiet village / town are designed to serve the locals. You can get all basics, vegetables and meat but the choice isn’t huge. We got the collectivo taxi (8,000 cop) each to the town on the main road Mingueo to get our main shopping. All the locals use this service. If there is anything you have forgotten, just ask the girls and most things can be delivered by motor taxi at a very reasonable price. Yes it’s a tad pricey, but this gets you solitude, beauty and a perfect place to recharge, unwind and relax by a truly unforgettable beach.

Positive: We had the most amazing vacation at Acuarela del Mar. The host was superb – incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better: perched above the Caribbean with a breathtaking view. The house itself is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home. We would absolutely love to come back – it was a perfect getaway!

Positive: Everything was just perfect: personal contact to Claudia, the owner; check in; the beauty of this place (pictures speak for themselves). If you look for a quiet, clean, comfy place with a perfect beach: here you are. Also Dibulla has it all: ATM, restaurants, shops and even a gas station.

Positive: The house is beautiful and has a private beach. The staff that works there is very attentive and sweet. Claudia the host is very kind and very helpful. I loved the bathrooms with the sea view.
