Summary: Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Everything is new and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. 2 pools and a big garden. Theres a fish restaurant inside a bit pricey but very delicious meals. Breakfast is open buffet and it was good too.

Summary: Breakfast was standard, binson, hasko 2 staffs were very helpful and kind. Always ready to help with our needs. Good resort and good amenities with a morning view which is mesmerising for the eyes. Highly recommend

Summary: A fantastic hotel in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Convenient location for exploring Vlore, Orikum and Dhermi. Very clean and comfortable with a great bed, linens, pillows. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool, large and deep with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Nice little gym and the much appreciated sauna, steam room and indoor plung pool. An astounding value for such a great hotel with all these amenities. Very highly recommended

Summary: What a joke. This hotel could have potential, but it’s a total disaster. And for the price they charge? Don’t even bother. Staff couldn’t care less, our room smelled awful and wasn’t cleaned once during our stay. The shower didn’t work, and when I complained, the receptionist just shrugged and said “I know” — so apparently they’re fully aware of the problems and simply don’t care. Breakfast? An absolute horror show. Cold food, nothing refilled, and the same sad omelettes with a fly on them were served two days in a row. When I pointed it out, the staff’s response was: “I don’t know, I wasn’t here yesterday.” Seriously? That’s the level of professionalism here. This place loves to charge 4-star prices, but in reality it’s barely scraping 2-star quality. Save your money and your sanity — stay somewhere else.

Summary: We loved everything about Acros. The staff were so kind to us and our children and went out of their way to be helpful. The pool was well designed and big enough to accommodate the guests. The room was clean and spacious and the photos on the listing matched reality!
