Positive: Small apartment complex with massive pool. Mostly Italian permanent residents who were all friendly and welcoming. Pool and loungers were always available, no morning rush to reserve. Great location to local shops.and small walk to local bars and gift shops. Great value for money, but don't expect mainstream hotel standards. You get what you pay for.

Negative: Apartment complex is showing signs of age and wear. Parking was tight and no one way system so reversing and turning round was difficult.

Positive: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owner was constantly concerned about the well-being. Many items in the kitchen. Since the pool was under maintenance, we could not enjoy the pool, but the owner informed us immediately after registration. It was quiet at night. Shops right across the street.

Negative: The house itself was outdated. Half of the house had no roof after the fire. When entering from the front, it looked normal. The elevator smelled musty. The entrance from the parking lot smelled of urine and there were dead cockroaches in front of the door. Didn't check the spa under the house because going to the basement was dark. Anyone can read a bad review about a spa with fungi and mold on Google.
