Positive: Although our room was right next to the lobby and on the ground floor, the room was relatively quiet. We also stayed during weekdays so there were minimal guests. The hotel is located in a gated community which is peaceful. SM Tarlac is also around 5 mins away via a car. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The room we stayed in is also fairly new and unlike other hotels we stayed in Tarlac before, the room smelled nice. Room also came with the usual amenities, plus a mini ref and a smart TV.

Negative: Wifi could be better, we consistently got speeds of around 20mbps. Since there were no nearby restos or food options within walking distance, food options could have been offered in house (although we didn't ask). Daily room service should also be standard.

Summary: Newer option in Tarlac if you want peace and quiet

Positive: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Property felt safe. AC worked great.

Negative: 1st day, they had little water pressure. Then, on the 5th day, there was no water on the 2nd floor to shower and brush teeth. This was fixed the next morning. There was toothpaste spray on the backsplash from the previous guest. All faucets (sink and shower) have water and soap stains and just look like they've never been wiped down. It's not the hotels fault, but the rooster crowing across the street began crowing 230 am through 5am. Despite the water issues which were addressed the next morning, I'd probably stay at this facility again.

Summary: Probably the best (relatively) you'll find in Tarlac.
