Positive: The pools & spa were nice. The coffee lounge and sky high bar, whose staff/personnel were very attentive and respectful is appreciated. The housekeeping staff likewise were helpful. I find the beds comfortable and the rooms cool.

Negative: The reception staff who assisted us at check-in didn't know what he was doing. He was new. It just so happened that another guest was being checked in at the same time. We heard differences like in how much the insurance fee was for our rooms, which he failed to tell us at the start when they required that I pay in full upon check-in. Too little variety at the breakfast buffet. Just the usual. Not only was the food already cold by 8 am, but some items were no longer replenished. At the pools, they need to remind the parents to be more mindful and impose stricter discipline on their kids. Many kids were rowdy and rough. The concept of relaxing with the ruckus was at times lost. They would grab floaters and even jump on you. The sewer smell sometimes leaked through the air vents in our room. The housekeeping staff sprayed the room with air freshener, though, to remove the smell.
