Positive: This is a beautiful little apartment (main room, bedroom, bathroom) that was perfect for our short stay. I'd call it a cottage, as it's at the back of an old stone Sherborne building and feels cottagy, but it's just the ground floor - but 'apartment' sounds too functional. It's been lovingly fitted out by the owners with real period style as well as practicality. A really nice surprise for a moderately priced rental property. Very relaxing and easy to settle in to - we were just staying overnight. It has its own patio and overlooks a nice garden, so it's very peaceful, despite the front of the building being on the main (mainly pedestrianised) shopping street. We just packed some muesli for breakfast and had everything else we needed. One of the owners, Chris, showed us round on arrival (we gathered that it's his wife who's the interior decorator!), which was helpful - saved googling how to use the coffee machine! So for once, 'guests' did seem the right term. Top tip: just across the road is Oliver's, a friendly cafe that makes all their own cakes! A lovely stay - thanks very much for having us!

Positive: The host is friendly and helpful, the accommodation is very comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings. I found the location charming and there is a public car park within 4 mins walk where I could charge my EV

Positive: Great stay in lovely furnished apartment with everything you need, really quiet with pretty outdoor area in centre of town. Host was very helpful with questions, especially my useless knowledge of the coffee machine! No hesitation to recommend 100%.

Positive: Great host,friendly ,kind to leavr me some food plater and drinks! Amazing accommodation,bed was so comfortable and it is quiet. It has everything you would need. On the high street,close to train station. Waitrose 1min walk away from the flat. Would stay there again. In between 2 ery nice shops.

Positive: Tea coffee milk etc. provided. Also microwave and fridge. Really well thought out.

Negative: 1. A sharp knife would have been useful. If there was one, I couldn’t find it. 2. As no ‘linked’ parking, some information on what is available locally would have been extremely helpful.
