Positive: I was travelling alone and booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 nights. The location is perfect! On a side street of the Chungjang-ro restaurants and shopping streets but very quiet. Not far either from places like Dongmyeong-dong café streets and the Asia culture Museum. With close access (about 5 to 10 minutes walk) the subway line to reach other parts of the city. The room was very spacious for one, but a couple with a child would have largely enough space. It was very quiet and I did not hear the neighbours. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. All staff were very kind and friendly and helpful with whatever questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying at the ACC Design Hotel.

Negative: If I really had to find something I did not like... the room only had a "small" window (compared to the size of the room). So even during daytime, it was quite dark and I had to switch on all lights to be able to read at the desk. But honestly, that was not even an issue... ;-)

Positive: The location is very good for transport and food.

Negative: The room was noisy. The refrigerator is noisy. AC gurgles randomly during the night. Poor insulation in the room. Reported to the front desk and they said all rooms the same. Take ear plugs.

Negative: The rooms are very tired. The shower head didn’t work properly and it could have been cleaner. Even the corridors are dusty and dirty.

Positive: It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good location in the middle of the most lively part of the city and main shopping area with lots of restaurants. Even though we didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. It’s also near main tourist sights. There is also a nice running trail along the nearby river canal.

Negative: The staff could be a little more versed in English, but it was manageable and they compensated with their kindness :)

Summary: An excellent, comfortable and relaxed hotel in the middle of the city’s busy area
