Positive: Location was excellent for centre of Tain and accessing other places to visit along the coast. Very nice ‘welcome’ pack of tea,bread and milk -much needed after the journey! Plenty of clean towels and rooms were clean and tidy!

Negative: Broken lamp in downstairs bedroom and dripping kitchen tap, broken shower door handle, broken glass and chipped crockery in cupboard -all small things however. Overall, the accommodation was clean and tidy

Summary: Compact accommodation suited our needs of a base to set out from each day to explore further afield

Negative: Didn't have cleaning stuff, like kitchen towels or sponges for dishes. On street parking left my car marked.

Negative: A few tweaks could make it perfect. A banister on the stairs and coat hooks in the hallway. Otherwise perfect! 😍👌

Positive: nice and modern very clean comfy beds wood burning fire great good fridge freezer good washing machine and good outside furniture

Negative: drying facilities not adequate could do with an outside whirly dryer , no banister on stairs at all , very uncomfortable sitting on toilet as there is a low shelf running along right hand side so you need to sit at an angle . I don’t know why the outside parking space at rear of property is not cleared of vegetation and utilised would be a big plus also round shed needs tidied bit of an eyesore.

Summary: very nice clean modern cottage with a lot of nice features but could improve a lot if the points above were seen to .
