Positive: Beautiful green hotel, large variety of food in the buffet, Different food every day spacious rooms and large balconies lots of afternoon activities

Negative: Rocky beach - very unpleasant to enter and exit! although on the photos the beach look sundy in fact it's NOT At the buffet staff were always on you, taking plates while you were eating; although lunch and dinner should be closing at 3pm and 10pm respectively, staff pushed you away and closed down before that time with saying 'we have to close'; Unreasonably early check-out No drinking water dispensers Everything you do at the hotel is at extra cost - baby cot, drinking water; cocktails are unreasonably expensive - we felt ripped off Just one restaurant - you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same place - good for short stay

Positive: I really liked the outdoors zone of the hotel. The pool is amazing. The open construction is charming. It was really an island vibe on mainland. I also liked the kind staff members. They were very friendly. The location is perfect for visiting Palermo and céfalu. An update of the indoors would make it contemporary and perfect.

Negative: We came from an recently renovated hotel and the first moments we needed to adapt. The look and feel of the reception and rooms is outdated. There is much chromé, 80's materials and old styled furniture. Also the bathroom (although very clean!) was really outdated. E.g. our room had only 2 wall chargers and it was full of mirrors. It's odd. But once you can see through the 80's vibe on the inside you can embrace the beauty of the outdoors and the atmosphere you will have a good time.

Summary: Decent and clean stay with a wonderfull outdoors and pool!
