Summary: Loved the hotel, good service, amazing staff. The only downside is that the hotel is very far away from city center.

Summary: This is not a 4 star hotel. The hotel lobby is decent but the rest of the hotel is pretty rundown. Rooms are tired. Bathrooms and showers are old and mouldy. Swimming pool is an absolute joke. Dirty pool, the steps are broken, the decking around the pool has come apart and is a trip hazard. Where the sun loungers are located, I think it was grass before but now you’re literally sitting in mud! No staff at the pool. Breakfast is a shambles. Extremely limited choice. The hotel is located miles away from the centre and is a pain to get to. Staff are cold, rude and extremely unpleasant. The other reviews I read prior to booking are either fake or the guests love shabby food, rooms and shambolic service. Do not book this hotel, stay elsewhere, even if it’s a hostel! Oh and finally, my wife’s purse was stolen from our room!
