Summary: The place was clean and well decorated. With that being said, this hotel is overly complicated and deceiving on access. You have to take multiple elevators between two hotels just to get to the ground floor, the restaurants don't serve lunch, and they add a 20% service charges even when you order your food to go. The pool was closed by 1pm on the weekend, and the wifi didn't work consistently on any of the days we were there. They give you an $18 food credit per day for the room, but most meals (even coffee and pastry) will cost more than that for one person, let alone two. Overall we were safe, and clean...but this place is absolutely extra for no reason

Summary: Great room, in a great area. Valet service was on point. If you’re looking for a clean hotel this is the one. I looked forever and finally found this one. Great roof top views of the city. There’s a Starbucks a couple blocks away.

Summary: I was disappointed that only one restaurant was open. The Level 8 restaurants are open from Thursday to Sunday. The valet is also understaffed.

Summary: The room are hot. The AC was at the minimum and it was hot. The pool close at 4-5 pm to become a bar. Not much to do around the hotel.
