Positive: Good location, nice, pretty clean apartment, very comfortable bed.

Negative: The apartment is pretty nice, although there was no soap, no toilet paper and no tea/coffee. The glasses were dirty and we got only one towel even though we made reservation for 2 people. Person running this place needs to get a customer care training as he was rude and impatient. As soon as we made the reservation (on the day of our arrival) he called us that we need to make money transfer immediately and as we explained that we do not have Omani bank account and wanted to pay in cash he agreed, but wanted us to somehow confirm that we are coming, as if reservation via Booking was not enough. We confirmed that we will get there in 2 hours, as we were driving towards this direction, but after an hour he wrote to us asking where are we and when we’re gonna get there. We felt rushed and he created a very nervous atmosphere.

Summary: Close to the airport, very comfortable bed, but needs better customer care.
