This centrally located single level lockwood property is a short stroll to the many cafés and Boutique shops in Raumati village.
With stunning views of Kapiti Island and the South Island (on a good day).
Whether it be a couple, one or two families or a group of friends the house is an ideal set up for most groups.

Located on the beachfront and handy to Raumati's Marine Gardens park and miniature railway for friends and family to enjoy.
Raumati Beach is central to a number of facilities including the world class Paraparaumu beach golf club, Southwards car museum, Nga Manu bird sanctuary, Kapiti Island and the cycle and walking tracks in Queen Elizabeth Park.
Coastlands shopping centre is also a 5-minute drive away.

Summary: Our stay at the Lockwood was fantastic!The home was clean, spacious and well stocked with all the essentials- bath towels (loved the towel animals on the beds!), beach towels, laundry powder, pegs for the line, spices, a grill in good working order, books, beanbags. No matter the sun angle or wind, there was a place on a deck to enjoy the fresh air & view. Bonus: Direct access to the beach and just being a couple of minutes walk to the Raumati shops (and an outstanding Fish & Chip shop)! We will definitely be returning!
