Summary: The staff couldn't speak or understand English. The room i got. The cupboard door fell when i tried to open it. The Bedding had faint stains. Room had a terrible Old smell odour. I do have a video to prove but cannot upload a video

Summary: When I arrived, all the lights were off and check in was in darkness, there was nobody about to talk to or to check me in apart from a helpful chap who was a permanent resident who managed to contact the owner and get the key code to collect my room key for me. The room, once I was in, was comfortable and clean but I felt very vulnerable as I was my own. I’m sure if I was with my husband I wouldn’t have felt quite so isolated. I left before breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Summary: It’s the first time I’ve ever checked in in England with google translate, I booked a deluxe room with a bay view, that was not what I got, the room was clean but when entering the room I had to descend down a very steep slope, if you put a step wrong you could break your neck, breakfast never happened and I don’t think it ever does, convenient for a night if there is NOTHING ELSE AVAILABLE

Summary: Nice enough, I had a big room, got a good nights sleep. Only issue was that I stayed a Friday night, and needed to depart about 8AM Saturday morning. They do not offer breakfast on Saturday before 8, so I got nothing.....

Summary: i was under the impression that the property was an old style pub with rooms, when i booked. But it turns out just to be a bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and had everything you need, plus more, like a trouser press, a bottle of filtered water with the coffee and tea facilities, a microwave in the shared lobby and plenty of parking and nice outside space to spend in the sunshine/evening

Summary: I was a bit confused about this property. The welcoming sign still says The Plough Inn, whereas the booking says AbingPlough. It seems a bit of a mish-mash shambles to be honest. But the beds were clean and comfortable. The young woman who looked after us was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably a 6/10. Even though we'd pre-ordered items they weren't correct and some were cold. Highly recommend the nearby Barley Mow for dinner. Very good. I think it serves breakfast on some days too. Overall it was fine for the price, and the small village is picture perfect. Just bring earplugs so guests coming and going to other rooms (all off the same small corridor) don't wake you.

Summary: Excellent location for easy access to Abingdon and Oxford park and ride. We were attending a graduation and needed an early start - breakfast is normally served at 8, but the proprietor was gracious enough to serve ours at 7:30 so that we could get into Oxford on time.
