Positive: This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

The location near the ski slopes, the helpful staff, and the variety of amenities like the outdoor pool and spa make it a great choice for a getaway. The free bus tickets to nearby attractions like Alpe di Siusi and Val Gardena are definitely a bonus. Strong recommendation for the hotel!

Positive: Good location & beautiful hotel with amazing rooftop pool. Activity plans were provided by the hotel which made for great opportunities to explore the nearby area. Food & drink within the hotel was lovely. Would visit again.

Negative: Sauna’s and steam rooms were for nude use only. This is something we’re not used to so we were put off using these facilities.

Positive: We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the SPA was absolutely magnificent, providing a wide range of treatments and a serene environment perfect for relaxation. The rooftop terrace was another highlight, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind. The hotel also boasts a large underground garage equipped with Echargers, which was very convenient. The breakfasts and dinners were decent, with a variety of options that were very nice and healthy.

Negative: However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues. We faced a sleeping challenge due to the supermarket loading activities starting at 6:40 AM and with loud Chappell bells ringing from 6 AM. All rooms on that side of the hotel are affected by this noise, which made it difficult to rest. Although the hotel is next to active road, the nearby bus stop is a plus for easy transportation. Another major issue was the lack of air circulation in the rooms. There was no air conditioning or proper ventilation, and the curtains didn’t allow air to pass through, opened window didnt help. This made the room stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights. We requested to change our room to the other side of the hotel, away from the noise, but unfortunately, our request was refused. This lack of accommodation significantly impacted our overall experience.
