Positive: Very clean, great value for money, useful amenities and had everything you would need for a short trip. Staff were concise but helpful in communicating check in and check out, and getting into the room was smooth and easy.
Negative: The location was a bit of a hassle when commuting with bags as it required some walking. The elevator was also a tight squeeze so not ideal for more than two travellers.
Summary: Great value considering the price.

Positive: The property was very nice, convenient, and it has everything that you need. Clean towels were provided, and clean bed sheets. There was no meeting with the owners, but the keys are collected from a locker. The accommodation can comfortably host 2 people, even if not a couple - because there is a sofa on which on person can sleep, bed sheets are also available for the sofa.
Negative: It was a bit hard to enter the correct building, because there are multiple doors open, so we entered in the wrong building at first, and it took us some time to figure out we have to climb the 5th floor (which is kinda obvious from the property's name). Everything else was perfect.
Summary: Amazing quality for the price, comfortable for 2 people (even non-couple)

Positive: it was very comfortable and very cleaned room. I hope many travelers visit here. and many basic items are provided.
Negative: Japan in winter is cold. If you just remember that, it will be a good trip. If you turn on the heater, you will sleep with some noise from the outdoor unit. Unless you are a sensitive person, you will sleep well in a cozy blanket. and The advantage and disadvantage is that the hot and cold water from the faucet are analog. And the hot water comes out very well. And I liked the bathtub.

Positive: I stayed here once more. If you are looking for a place that has a clean room, is close to the subway station, has a 24-hour convenience store nearby, and is not too cheap, I recommend this place.
