Positive: The breakfast is nice but the dinner a bit disappointed. The chicken dish that I had ordered overcooked and very hard.

Positive: Rooms facilities and setting are excellent staff very good

Negative: Breakfast expensive and prefer to be a buffet type as advertised, food not the best pet fees at £15 very reasonable but fee which we was told was for the cleaning after the dog was charged again for the second night but the room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. Hope that makes sense

Negative: Last twice I have stayed here I’ve had staff come in my room by 10 to see if I’m ready to leave when checkout isn’t until 11 last time a boy came in when I was getting out of the shower total let down for the whole stay
