Positive: Location was very convenient and the flat was well-equipped. It’s finished to a good standard and quite comfortable. The response time was also quick for any questions. If would be a flat with better sound proofing in the bedroom (rather than in the living area) then would stay again.

Negative: The bedroom in the flat I was given had no sound proofing, only the living room was quieter. I had to sleep in there instead on a couple of nights. The flat also gets the smell of food odours from the businesses below. The mattress could do with a topper as well to be more comfortable.
