With direct access to the beach it is perfect for 1-2 families or a gathering of friends. Outside pets are welcome with dog bowl, kennel and fenced yard. 10 minutes to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with some of the best surfing and family beaches in Australia.

Summary: The house was very clean ,bed was comfortable with nice linen.. the house is old and in need of some repairs and major renovations the owner has made a great effort to make it nice ,the wine and chocolates was a nice welcoming gift … main bathroom is very mouldy and I could not use it ,the house does smell damp and that was in the heat of summer.I loved the beach front location The gardens and lawn were very well kept, I would have appreciated some outdoor seating out the back I would stay again if there was some maintenance work done especially in the bathroom

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend at Abbey Beach Oasis. The location of the house is absolutely perfect and situated directly opposite the beach. The house itself has an odd layout and is quite dated but it is kept very clean and tidy and was lovely to stay in. The main living area does not have aircon which could be an issue in the peak summer months. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need and there was plenty of games for the kids to play with. The backyard is huge and perfect for the kids to play in. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Thank you ☺️
