Positive: The breakfast was good and sufficient portions. Staff were willing to provide me with beverage of choice (Masala tea). Location is great and easy to find. Check in was also good but the receptionist said they could not see our booking via bookings.com as we had not paid in advance. Not sure what that is all about. We however paid upon check and got our room.
Negative: The evening was ok and we had an ala'carte meal as they said no buffet meals apart from breakfast. The place was a little noisy due to some loud music being played around the pool area. In the rooms, the bathroom is a little squeezed to manouver 2 people. However the shower was great with lots of hot water. The room was quite warm leaning on stuffy and we had to use the AC periodically. Bed was big with clean linen but mattress is up for a change - a little lumpy.

Positive: Outstanding and green landscape, super clean rooms, modern fittings, friendly staff, gym, comfy beds, and great swimming pool and spa. Unknown gem!
Negative: While the inside of the fence/ durawall of the hotel compound is magnificent, with beautiful flowers and menicured lawn, the place just outside the hotel compound is full of plastics and litter. Please work with the community to make good the way to this amazing facility.
