Positive: Good location, 15 minute drive to Gubbio. Beautiful views from the lovely swimming pool area. Very friendly staff, especially Mirko who was always on hand to help. We had two excellent meals here, prepared by Diana.

Negative: The apparent was a little dark.

Summary: Warm welcome, delicious homemade food and great swimming pool.

Positive: Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. A good breakfast in the morning, and the option of a lovely homemade dinner available on Friday and Saturday. The apartment was clean, with everything you need, and a really comfy bed. It was great to have the luxury of a pool with a fantastic view of Gubbio.

Negative: A more effective shower head would be nice, but this is personal preference and may be used for a reason. Apart from that not a thing!

Summary: Would recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Italy.

Positive: The property was beautiful! Open spaces and Giuseppe was very attentive to all of our needs. We were late getting in and he met us and explained everything going forward. The kitchen in our apartment was very nice & clean. The breakfast was such an added plus and all the delicious things to choice from. The eggs and bacon and fresh bread were so good. We looked forward to it every morning. We highly recommend this lovely property and Mocaina is charming and we met the nicest locals who were helpful when we needed to wash our clothes at the local laundry. Giuseppe suggested Spello and Montone for a day trip and it was everything he said and more, and the city of Gubbio was fantastic. Thank you Giuseppe for everything!

Positive: Beautiful area, the view from the balcony of our apartment was beautiful! Giuseppe and Diana were nice, kind and always there to answer questions or give you some tips regarding eating or visits. Ow and Isa, the daughter! Wat a joy! The pool was really nice and since there are not many apartments there is always room and an bed available . We also had diner at Abadia Farneti, pasta with truffel . The truffel was found with a dog on the complex!! Really recommend it was delicious with that fresh truffel ! Gubbio is a great city! Very nice to visit and it has lots of nice restaurants (you must go and eat Pizza at Mauro!). One night Giuseppe turned down the light on the complex so we could view an amazing starfield! Really nice!!

Negative: Can’t really mention something but maybe some parasols on the pool would be nice.
