Positive: Location is good - not walking distance to the historic center, but from the train station. Anyway, there was a tram stop by the corner which made our lives much easier :) Room was spacious, and having an outdoors space with the balcony was a plus.
Negative: Besides claiming that the bed was queen size, it is fit with 2 separate mattresses, which made our sleeping kind of uncomfortable. The mattresses kept moving opening a whole between us.

Negative: 1.Problems with automatic checkin, does not scan documents, have to type all the details. Device was reporting issue with connections for the first 10 minutes, no one responded to phone call to the printed phone number to be used in case of issues. 2. A lot of noises from air conditioning and fridge.
