Positive: The room was good and clean. Location is good, close to the beach. Big and comfortable bed.

Negative: Front office staff needs to learn basic hospitality. Simple things as "hello" or "welcome" would be great. Room is not fully equipped. No facial tissue, bidet is sucked, no water coming out.

Positive: Only 1 night here just for transit to take a shuttle bus to Gili Islands . the room quite nice but need some reasons to fix it and more important also for the services

Negative: Not mean I didn't like, but the service really need to make it better. ✓ The room door and bathroom need to fix ✓The house keeping Never forget to put like the towels and else in guest room before check in ✓The receptionist need more friendly, even to Local or tourists. but this morning one of the receptionist is friendly when I did check out

Negative: I was booked for room with the city view, but they are give like last room in the corner with no city view, but what I was booked is deluxe room with city view, but the location and staff everything was good
