Negative: The host's behavior. She will send her caretaker even before your vacating time and the lady would sit there until you vacate. Our time was 11. She reached by 10.40 and insisted to sit there. We had to argue with her to get her out of the room and have our privacy to dress up and pack. She wanted to wash the sheets and start cleaning as we were getting ready. Cleanliness was not that good. The kitchen sink was clogged with a bundke of hair as the cleaning lady uses the kitchen sink to clean the mop and drain the mopped water. She doesn't sweep the floor before mopping. So the hair gets on the mop. I had to use my hands and pull out the entire bundle of hair inorder for the water to drain after doing the dishes There were dust on the bed headboard, wardrobe and windows. The kitchen counter was also not cleaned

Positive: It is different from lodge room, i.e. 2 BHK with facilities like sofas, kitchen Dining Table, Chairs,, washing machine, fridge etc. We feel we are inside our own flat. Having Super Market and other facilities inside the complex is an added advantage. Price for occupation is also reasonable. Very near to Peenya Metro Station. Our stay was enjoyable. I will definitely recommend to other friends and relatives. Thanks for the facilities given.

Negative: Very little vessels are available. Some more vessels are required. Small plates and ladle (karandi) and spoons are to be kept. Dosa Tawa is very old and to be replaced. Cleaning is very bad. Lot of dust and other waste are under the sofas, cots etc.

Positive: The location was perfect, which is near to the metro station. Society was good with ample green space. View from the flat was good.

Negative: Cleanliness was not up to the mark in bathroom. Bathing area was not comfortable in both bathrooms (you need to sit very close to the commode). Bed Linen could be better. Long wait for the lift.

Summary: It has nice location, however bathroom cleanliness requires improvement.

Positive: Neat and clean house. Amenities was good. Small supermarket and medical shop is available inside the premises.

Negative: Parking was not allowed inside the flats but was asked to park in a congested area. One night security was rude with me and caused problem with me for parking. Rest of the security person was good.

Positive: i wanted a property close to Peenya & this apartment located in Platinum City was just perfect. Requested for a late check in, almost at midnight and was gladly granted the same. the apartment was well kept, clean with all basic amenities provided like. furnished drawing room, with smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, clean bed linens, kitchenette, geyser, RO water filter,etc. the property is well secured with 24*7 security and open car parking.

Negative: the upholstery needs a change and towels should be provided. table mats and bathroom slippers should be provided as well.

Summary: overall, i was satisfied and would book this apartment again if required in future.
