Summary: The hosts were very welcoming and gave us plenty of info about the accommodation and local attractions. The location is very scenic - views of mountains, valleys and ridges to the Gold Coast.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Aaronlee Retreat. The room was very accommodating, smelt beautiful and was very clean. All in all it had a very homey feel and had everything you would need to make you have a nice stay. The bacon and eggs and bread etc were great and there was ample amounts. The owners were lovely too and they had some cute animals which gave you even more of a home away from home feel. I would highly recommend Aaronlea Retreat and intend on staying again in the future.

Summary: The newish owners have done a fabulous job with this place and the welcome by all (owners, ponies, dog) was great. However I had booked a room with 2 double beds but got one with a Queen and single, we book particular rooms for a reason and hope to get that." So one of us slept uncomfortably in a single bed.. English breakfast" included, was not, in my opinion as such. Bread, eggs bacon , self cooked, does not constitute a true English breakfast. Would have stayed longer if things as booked/advertised.

Summary: It was amazing trip. The place was calm and the view were breathtaking. You can see both. The mountains and also gold coast. The highlight is the pony as the kids can feed them in the morning

Summary: Perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. The location is lovely and peaceful. The owners were helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean. The set out means that you don't hear the other guests so feels like you are alone up in the mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Summary: Very unique property. Kirsten and Kevin are very friendly and helpful. They only took over the property 5 months ago and are working hard to make it a memorable place to visit. Their rooms are small apartments that would allow you to make your own meals. A nice shared bbq is available.
