Positive: Only the bungalow
Negative: The property is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful part of Ooty. It truly feels like a home away from home. We had a pleasant stay overall, and the setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. That said, we visited during the monsoon season, and the house gets extremely cold. It would be great if heater facilities were provided in the rooms, especially for guests traveling with children or elders. A few portable heaters would make a huge difference. Also, having an in-house cook or food service option would be a big plus. Expecting guests to walk out in the cold and rain to manage their meals isn’t ideal. Even simple breakfast or dinner arrangements within the premises would be appreciated. Lastly, while the house is overall well-maintained, some areas—especially outdoors—could use a bit more upkeep considering the weather conditions.

Positive: We had an amazing experience at this property! It had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. One of the biggest highlights is its close proximity to Ooty Lake House — such a beautiful and peaceful location, which definitely added to the charm of our trip. A special mention to the caretaker, Harshan, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available and responded promptly whenever we needed anything. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Ooty. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!
Summary: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
