Positive: Location, natural environment, plants diversity, ambiance, and the rooms.

Negative: No one gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. So we did not know where everything was. Menu items were not available for a la carte meals. Musicians you hire for the evening programs should be able to sing. You are expecting global customers, but the musicians remain worse than street singers. India has huge amount of talented singers hire them. The safari arranged by you had a terrible guide who did not know anything and did not speak much during the three hours.

Negative: There was a wedding at the property on the second day. Guests should be advised in advance about such events at the time of booking.

Positive: This is a very good property and extremely comfortable for families. Your children will enjoy the multiple play areas, swimming pool, and various cultural programs organized by the property. Apart from that, the food is excellent and offers a great variety of options. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. Overall, it is a great property for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and I would highly recommend it for families and groups.
