Negative: Was a little hard to find the property as there are two A11 hotels very close to each other, but the directions on booking are for the hotel that is closed.

Negative: When you leave the room the electricity cuts off automatically so does the fridge of the minibar also, by this the drinks are never cold.

Positive: The staff were so nice they spoke both English and Russian. Breakfast were great, too. There is a beautiful park in front if the hotel. And there are a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The food was tasty everywhere we were.

Negative: The door to the bathroom had a problem with the knob.

Positive: Great hotel and a great location!

Negative: I staid here before, but than I staid at the location which pictures are shown. That was definitely a better room than this one. This was certainly not bad, but smaller and it could use a bit of maintenance.
