Summary: Neither key code nor actual key works - same as last year. We appreciate the taller toilet in one bath and would like to have same in the other bathroom. We plan to come back to your great condo year after year!

Summary: We love New Smyrna Beach and all that it offers. Win Sans is a great location to restaurants and shopping that are walking distance and the drive on beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The unit we stayed in definitely could use updating, but the overall stay was great.

Summary: Thank you for sharing this great condo. Two of the drawers in the main bedroom were stuck. Beds were comfortable. Good kitchen. NSB Realty rep brought new curtains for the living room on our second day. They're not as nice as the ones in the bedroom so you may not be happy with them.

Summary: Condo wasn't up to date. Master bathroom sink was horrible. Hardly any water would come out and then the sink would fill up. The keys used to get onto the beach didn't work half the time, which was very frustrating. This condo definitely needs to be updated for the price you pay for a week. We love Win Sans but this year it definitely wasn't the best unit to stay in.
