It is very difficult to describe this house. You will only understand when you arrive.
The relationship with the ocean is mesmerizing. And the interior is fully equipped and decorated by a family of architects, for whom every detail is important.
The best sheets, the best pillows, the best bath towels. Furniture designed specifically for the home, family photos on the wall, carefully chosen objects, including the kitchen.
The house has two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 4 beds, in bunk beds confortable for adults and children. It is only 200m from the beach and 200m from the village of Porto Covo where everything can be done on foot.
June and September are ideal for the beach. October to May are ideal for walking and surfing (see www.rotavicentina.com and www.costazulsurf.com).
We have heaters in all compartments. We do not have TV antenna or cable but we have a good collection of DVDs, especially for children.

Summary: Tomas was very helpful from the start. The house is lovely with fantastic views. It is perfectly located for the town and the amazing beaches and The nearby towns along the coast. lamelas restaurant is worth a visit, perhaps some of the nicest local cuisine you could wish to eat. Summary: The House is like on the pictures, the view and the sound of the waves crashing against the cliffs just 150m from the house its just magical. Nice kitchen with all You need. Everything good quality. 2 little beaches 3 min. walk from the house. The town is charming, not overrun with tourists and few nice restaurants. The Communication with the host was spot on as well. We will definitely come back.

Summary: We had a perfect time in this house. Everything was just as expected: super clean, super nice rooms, lovely interior, really well equipped (citchen has everything you can imagine etc), nice furniture, good beds, small heaters to get the house warm even in colder months. The living room is a beauti: Many windows with view on the sea, nice couch, nice round table to eat on, and directly in front the garden and veranda. For us the supermarkets in Porto Covo were not really satisfying, but at least there are local possibilities to buy things. But this doesn't effect the greatness of the house... Thanks for everything, we will come back! :)

Summary: This property is perfect! The orientation of the house makes you feel like you are on the edge of the world! After spending a week in Spain being a "tourist" this property was very relaxing. We were able to sit and have our morning coffee from the couch watching the ocean, go into town to the "mercado" - Market (not marked but between the mini mart and hair salon) to get fresh fish and produce (Thanks Tomas for the recommendation vs. the supermarket), then head down to the beach to put out our chairs and enjoy the day. In the evening we would come back and enjoy a charcuterie board (with the local fruits, cheeses, etc) and bottle of wine watching the amazing sunsets the property affords . Cooking dinner was a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen. We felt no need to go into town to the restaurants. The ability to open the entire front of the house gives this property such a airy feeling. The house is decorated with a clean, comfortable minimalist style which reflects the location. A car is not necessary but we had one and explored a bit, but honestly preferred the beach right below the house. At low tide you can explore the caves which lead to other beaches. Tomas was very accessible and answered all questions throughout our stay. He even had the house keeper come by to iron our clothes since the house doesn't have an iron. We travel a lot and have stayed in some pretty awesome properties and this is a special place. We hope to return! Thanks Tomas for sharing your property with us to create amazing memories!

Summary: Very pleasant place with great views. Various great beaches at the doorstep. The house is thoughtfully designed and equipped. Restaurants, a little market, shops, etc. are found in the centre of the village which is in easy walking distance. We ll be back

Summary: We can highly recommend this beautiful holiday house. We had amazing two weeks there in October. Everything was like shown in the pictures and Tomas was a very helpful and a very nice host. From the house you have an amazing view on the ocean, you can even see and hear the big waves of the Atlantic. We travelled with two adults and three kids (7,11 an 13 years) and the house and the location was perfect for us. Several beaches in walking distance and even more beaches in short driving distances. For surfers the best place to be. Porto Covo itself is a small and very beautiful village. We will come back!

Summary: Pleasant holiday home. Very well located: within walking distance from the village and at the end of the backyard there are the beautiful cliffs.
