Summary: Arosa is a beautiful Hotel. My problem was that our bed was absolutely terrible. We sank in on both sides and had to sleep on an incline. I complaint the next morning and Lin at the reception assured my that they will fix the problem and I will have a wonderful night. Guess what nothing happened. A service like this was ok in DDR times but not nowadays und especially not for € 250.00 per night. Otherwise the location and the hotel itself is beautiful.

Summary: We really loved this hotel. Convenient walk from where we parked on the street; in a restricted traffic area so you can easily bring your luggage inside. Quick check in and friendly service. Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The breakfast was our absolute favorite of the entire trip! We only spent two days and one night in wenigerode but when we visit again I would stay at this hotel.
