Summary: This place was the perfect size for our group. We were in Batesville for a clinic. It was a little farther out than I would normally like to stay but we didn’t want to stay in a hotel. Cannot complain about the house. You will like staying here if you like being out away from busy areas. Very quite and peaceful.

Summary: Excellent location in the river. Only draw backs are remote with no cell signal, some distance from town and a lot of flies. Wifi works great to make up for lack of cell signal. Manager was helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Very accommodating. Nice to be able to bring pets.
