Positive: This house hosted many of our family members who gathered from all over the country to celebrate my sister in laws 90th birthday. We ate all our meals here, some of which we cooked and one we had catered. There was plenty of space in the open general room for us all to gather and a perfect suite for my sister in law on the first floor. The ramp to the house was perfect for her as well. We used the guest cottage for my nephew. The kitchen is well equipped and we had plenty of chairs to accommodate us all. The house is nicely decorated, we loved the swing and chairs on the porch where we visited and watch a storm move in. Our littles loved their special areas upstairs with the game room area and little play area. I do wish Booking would amend the bedroom description as there are really only 5 private bedrooms plus another open sleeping area. The grounds are beautiful as is the ride to the house. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. It was a perfect place to celebrate and make great memories. There was extra parking for family that stayed at another house but drove over for meals.

Negative: The light over the stove is burned out and the lights over the counters don't work. A couple more hand towels would be perfect.
