Summary: Overall the place was very good and very clean except for couple of things like grill was not in good condition and has to be replaced, washer and dryer have to be repaired we used it and that made loud squeak noice, kitchen sink is very small in one of the kitchens, etc. I would have rated 5 star otherwise.

Summary: This was a very nice, clean property. We were on a family vacation with some friends and this house worked great!! Each side was set up differently but had a kitchen, bathroom, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. There was a shared laundry room which was amazing to have! When we did have an issue the owner responded right away and came to take a look at our issue. The location was great! Very centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. The gas station right there was great to have! Even though it’s near the high way it’s very quite inside and minimal noise from the back deck. The deck was a great place to relax, play games, laugh and enjoy the outdoors.

Summary: The house was amazing. We had 4 adults and 7 kids ages range from 1-10 and the house was perfect for us! The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do while visiting SD. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house was very clean and is well-suited to families. Owners are responsive and take very good care of the property and their guests. Location is wonderful for nearby attractions (i.e. Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, Wall Drug, and even the Badlands are only about an hour's drive away) and is easy to get to. Our stay was great and it was well worth it.

Summary: This was the end of the trail of a two week vacation through the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, and finishing with the Black Hills. The house was clean and spacious with room for everyone.

Summary: We used both units for our stay, which was good for our group. The two units were set up quite a bit differently, which was hard to tell from the listing. The large backyard was completely fenced and worked well for the kids to play in, but I could see it being awkward if you were only using one unit and had to share the backyard. Location just outside of Rapid City was a good base for going to see the sights in the area, which were all a relatively short drive away. The gas station close by was convenient to restock ice for coolers each day.
